To Whom it may concern,
If you haven't tried Michilena's meat sauce, you should. I have never tasted such a zesty, full-bodied, flavorful sauce as Michilena's. Her sauce will enhance any pasta creation you decide to make.

In my opinion, if you try Michilena's, you will never go back to any other. Michilena's meat sauce is the sauce of the future.

It's really hard to find a home made sauce with an authentic taste. Michileana's Old Fashion Gravy was a great hit with my family. I enjoyed and and savored michilenas sauce with lasagna and raviolis. It is nice to have that old fashion taste back again.

We are a Spanish family. My husband loves rice and would never would eat Italian food. One nite he came home from work hungry. I was at that time serving Michilena's gravy to my family. He decided to try it. He liked it so much he had second helpings. Since then we have been enjoying Michilena's gravy. I enjoyed it so much ,that I wanted my family in my country Columbia to taste it. I decided to take it with me on my vacation. My family there also loved it. If you have not tried it, I recommend you buy at least one jar and make your decision than. I am sure it won't be the last jar you buy !!!

Being a woman of Italian grandparents, married to a professional chef in Manhatten, I must admit jared sauce is not usually present in our cupboard with the exception of Michilena's Old Fashioned gravy with meat. It's flavor and heartiness make it a winner at mealtime. We look forward to Michilena's next flavorful creation!

Dear Michilena,
I found your meat sauce to be far the most authentic of any commercially available sauce I have ever tried. None certainly can claim to feature real pork meat, ( not ground ) which reminds me very much of my grandmother's efforts which included (whole bacon strips and strings of fresh basil).

A great product that puts the Ragu's and Rinaldi's to shame.
